Nest Call: a call button for every table
Every table, one tap from your team. With flexible options from QR codes to digital buttons.
Nest Call is a QR code waiter call system for cafés, bars, restaurants, hotels and clubs in the UK. Guests scan a code on their table, or tap a call button on a kiosk or self-order screen, to ask for help or the bill. Staff get an instant alert showing the table and the request, and accept it in one click. Guests don't need to download an app, and there are no buzzers to buy.
No buzzers to buy, no app for guests to install, and your staff answer from a screen they already use. It works for a single room or a multi-site group, and you can change anything without reprinting a code.
Set up your venue, print the QR codes and install the staff app in minutes.

From table to team in seconds.
The guest scans
A QR code on the table opens your own branded page. No app, no account, no waiting for someone to catch an eye.
Your staff see it at once
The call pops up on the staff screen with the table, the request and how long they have waited. It plays a sound and keeps reminding until someone answers.
One click claims it
Whoever accepts takes the call and the guest sees help is coming. Everyone else's screen clears.
Looks like your venue, not ours.
Guests see your brand from the first tap. Change it in the portal and every QR code and button updates at once. Nothing to reprint.
- Your logo, colours and background image
- Your own wording on every button, in your own order
- Menu links, files and social accounts on the page
- Different looks for different venues or tables
- Runs on your own web address

- Choose the text, colour, shape, size and position
- Point it at one table, or let guests pick from several
- Same code on every kiosk. Link each screen to its own table from the portal
- Closes itself after a call is answered, ready for the next guest

Built for the way venues actually run.
Cafés, bars, restaurants, hotels and clubs: set up each venue and its tables once, then change anything later without reprinting. Run one venue or many from one account.
One code, several tables
Put a single QR code in the middle of a group of tables. Guests pick their table first, then ask for what they need.
A staff app that stays on
The Windows app lives in the tray and pops up when a call arrives. Name each device, such as Desk 1, and your reports show who answered.
Protected from pranks
Location checks, a pause between calls, duplicate calls merged, bot checks and a block list keep the alerts real.
See what happened
Reports show how many calls came in and which device answered them. Add managers and staff with their own sign-ins.
Pricing
Free for up to 5 tables. Larger venues and multi-site groups pay £35 per month per site, excluding VAT.

Do guests need to download an app?
No. Scanning the QR code opens your own branded web page in the phone's browser. Guests don't need an app or an account.
How much does Nest Call cost?
Nest Call is free for up to 5 tables. Larger venues and multi-site groups pay £35 per month per site, excluding VAT. No contract, cancel any time.
What devices does the staff app run on?
The staff app runs on Windows, sitting in the system tray and popping up with a sound when a call arrives.
Can I use it on a kiosk or self-order screen?
Yes. You design a call button in the Nest Call portal and add one line of code to your kiosk or web page. Each screen can be linked to its own table from the portal.
How do you stop prank or fake calls?
Nest Call uses location checks, a pause between calls, merging of duplicate calls, bot checks and a block list, so your staff only see genuine requests.
Can I customise what guests see?
Yes. You can add your logo, colours, background image and your own wording for each button, plus menu links and social accounts. It can also run on your own web address, and changes update every QR code instantly with nothing to reprint.
Can I run more than one venue?
Yes. You can manage several venues from one account, each with its own tables and branding, and add managers and staff with their own sign-ins.
Does Nest Call work with my till or EPOS system?
Nest Call works alongside any till system and doesn't need an integration.
